RD-XLF-80SLT高速沙拉碗(wan)成(cheng)型機(ji)采(cai)用(yong)臺式布局，將(jiang)成(cheng)型部分(fen)與傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部分(fen)隔離。傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong) 部分(fen)安裝在(zai)臺面下的機(ji)架內(nei)，采(cai)用(yong)縱(zong)軸傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)結構，圓(yuan)柱分(fen)度凸輪和(he)齒(chi)輪傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。所有傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部分(fen)采(cai)用(yong)淋(lin)浴式潤滑。成(cheng)型模具(ju)安裝在(zai)臺面上，便于清(qing)理維護。全機(ji)由(you) PLC 控制，全程(cheng)由(you)光電跟蹤監控，底紙采(cai)用(yong)伺服供(gong)料(liao)。

RD-XLF-80SLT適用于生(sheng)產(chan)口徑150mm以上(shang)的1000-1800ml 沙拉碗。

RD-XLF-80SLT high speed paper salad bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-80SLT is suitable for producing 1000-1800ml salad bowls whose diameter is bigger   than 150mm.
