RD-XLF80DT高速紙碗成(cheng)型(xing)機(ji)采用(yong)臺(tai)式布局(ju)，將成(cheng)型(xing)部分(fen)與傳動部分(fen)隔離(li)。傳動 部分(fen)安裝在(zai)臺(tai)面下的機(ji)架內，采用(yong)縱軸傳動結構，圓柱分(fen)度凸(tu)輪和(he)齒輪傳動。所有傳動部分(fen)采用(yong)淋(lin)浴式潤滑。成(cheng)型(xing)模具安裝在(zai)臺(tai)面上，便于清理維護。全(quan)機(ji)由 PLC 控(kong)制，全(quan)程由光電跟蹤監控(kong)，底紙采用(yong)伺(si)服供料。

可以通過更換模具生產(chan)紙碗的尺寸(cun)從46盎(ang)司到170盎(ang)司，用途廣泛，比(bi)如(ru)KFC桶等。

RD-XLF80DT high speed paper bowl forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing    CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.Can be used to produce paper bowls from 46 oz to 170 oz by changing molds for a wide range of applications,such as KFC buckets.
