RD-XLF-ZFT高速四方碗成型(xing)機(ji)采用(yong)臺(tai)式布局，將成型(xing)部(bu)(bu)分與傳動(dong)部(bu)(bu)分隔(ge)離。傳動(dong) 部(bu)(bu)分安裝(zhuang)在(zai)臺(tai)面(mian)下(xia)的機(ji)架內，采用(yong)縱軸傳動(dong)結構，圓柱(zhu)分度(du)凸輪和齒輪傳動(dong)。所有傳動(dong)部(bu)(bu)分采用(yong)淋浴式潤滑。成型(xing)模具(ju)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)臺(tai)面(mian)上，便(bian)于清理維護(hu)。全機(ji)由(you) PLC 控制，全程由(you)光(guang)電(dian)跟蹤監控，底紙采用(yong)伺(si)服供料(liao)。

RD-XLF-ZFT適(shi)用于生產750-1400ml 的正方形紙碗。

RD-XLF-ZFT high speed square shape paper bowls forming machine adopts bench layout to isolate the forming part from the transmission part.The transmission part is installed in the frame under the countertop,and adopts the longitudinal shaft transmission structure,cylindrical indexing CAM and gear transmission.All transmission parts are lubricated by shower.The molding mold  is installed on the table surface for easy cleaning and maintenance.The whole machine is controlled by PLC,the whole process is monitored by photoelectric tracking,and the base paper uses servo feed.

RD-XLF-ZFT is suitable for producing 750-1400ml square shape paper bowls.
